The third generation began in 1996, is the circuit board punching machine, cutting machine, laser engraving machine and other equipment accessories, and now the main products are LCD,OLED and other industries and large precision inspection structural parts for optical instrument products and granite air bearings.

Granite Air Bearings

Granite air-bearing system is a high-precision technology, which involves the design of air-bearing platforms and guide rails to ensure high stiffness and high load-bearing capacity, and is used in precision control and high-precision requirements like measurement and semiconductor industry.

Granite air bearing rail systems significantly reduce friction and wear by using gas (usually air) to support the slide, resulting in virtually frictionless movement.

On the basis of the advantages in the design and production of air-bearing motion components, our EAST STAR company has launched drive and control units, which can be designed, manufactured and assembled according to user requirements.

Our East Star factory was founded in 1989 and specializes in natural granite finishing, producing various standard measuring tools, mechanical parts, granite air bearing, etc., mainly supplying high-end customers around the world.

At present, East Star Company is relocating the old factory, and the new factory is planned and designed to meet the needs of the semiconductor industry in the next 20 years, including a high-precision constant temperature and humidity clean workshop and a 12,000 square meter modern machining equipment workshop.
